Are you tired of seeing my Valentine decor? I know I'm tired just posting about it. But I promise, this is the last of it. Unless...............I decide to decorate my living room.
Don't worry, it won't be happening. Valentine's Day is only a few days away. Plus I'm out of stuff to decorate with.
At Christmas I placed this sofa table from my living room behind my family room couch to make room for the tree. At first I hated it here. But now I'm liking it. Gives me a new place to decorate in my family room.
Here is my newest cloche. I have some vintage bottles inside. I placed Dollar Tree heart picks inside one of the bottles.
Added a "I Love You" cutout and some red heart scatters.
Behind everything I printed out a vintage Valentine heart with a Kewpie doll. I just enlarged it & cut it out.
The silver "XOXO" letters came from TJ Maxx this past weekend.
I used them in my Valentine tablescape posted earlier today.
This cloche came in a set with the other one I just showed you. I got the base on clearance at Big Lots for $1.50 back in December.
The Eiffel Tower is actually a Christmas ornament. I love it. The glitter is getting all tarnished.
I printed out some frenchy looking document from my vintage images to place behind it. Threw in some heart scatters. Added a tulle bow and it was done.
So there you have all of my Valentine decor. If you missed any, be sure to check it all out. You can see my pink decor here. My mantel here. And my china hutch here.

Hi Kim! Notice the exclamation point. I am just so excited by your valentine decor. I went thru all the posts back to last Wed. with the different heart plaques you made. I really love how you use the vintage prints, and mix of lights and darks with frames etc. The rose print in the white frame in the kitchen is making me shake! I need to go do some ebay browsing. Are you drying out down there?

Kim, can you show too many decorations??? Both of your cloches are really cute, but the Eiffel Tower would have to be my fav! Thanks for sharing. I'm off to see all those other posts of your decorations. I think I missed them earlier. . . Sarah
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, I am so glad to be getting back to visiting my blogging friends. Your vintage Valentine decor is so sweet and precious. I love it all. I wish I had more ephemeria, but I never got a chance to go out shopping this year. I love the cloches all done up so pretty in red. Have a happy day with your sweetheart! hugs, Sue
ReplyDeleteKim I wish I had decorated for Valentines day ,..... I usually do but all I did this year was buy a couple of pink roses and hung a wreath!!
ReplyDeleteYour decorations are absolutely gorgeous.
Hello Girlfriend...
ReplyDeleteOkay...I do believe you have magical powers! Hmmm...or maybe a magical nose that you can twitch like Samantha in Bewitched??? Hehe! I know that I came by just yesterday to take a look at your pretty Valentine's Day table...and...OMG!!!...you have decorated your entire home since then! Hehe! How did you do it???
Kim, I had so much fun looking through all of your Valentine decor...it's all gorgeous!!! I don't even know where to begin! I love how you decorated your sofa table...love, love, LOVE those gorgeous silver candleholders with the pretty danglies!!! Ohhh...and I just adore the framed "LOVE" sign that you have on your fireplace too! I was wondering where you found those pretty letters and if you would share? I've been looking for a pattern of the Victorian alphabet to embroider and just haven't found any that I really liked until I seen yours!
I love all of your beautiful cloches! My favorite is the little vintage bride and groom...I just adore that one!!! It's all soooo pretty, Kim! You did an extrodinary job with all the decor! It was such a treat to see!!! Thank you for sharing it, my friend!!!
Happy Valentine's Day...

I so enjoyed your festive decor Kim! Especially since I'm not doing Valentine's this year. My daughter had an ovarian tumor removed a couple of weeks ago (benign thank God!) & teh grands have been staying w/ me. i decided to add Valentine decor to my "not getting done" list. The kids went home today though....oh happy day! LOL
ReplyDeleteThat looks beautiful, Kim! I am not too good at cloches!
