We interrupt winter

I know that a lot of you are knee deep in snow. That you are freezing. And that spring is still weeks away.

But..........I just had to rub it in.........

It's already spring here in southern California!!!! Temps in the 70's to 80's.

Flowers already blooming in my backyard.

It actually started the last week of January. JANUARY!!!!

My peach tree.
I love these pink blossoms.

The bees have been a buzzing.

The birds have been chirping.

My apple tree is blooming.

I don't have a clue what type of apple tree.

But I love the flowers.

See what you have to look forward to.

Now back to our regular scheduled winter. Sorry!!

It was a nice interruption though.

  4. Thank you for sharing your spring. I have hope as I sit here and the snow continues to pile up. I would be happy just to see a blade of grass here and there.
