Spring Cloche Party

It's time to party!!! You know how I love to party. But since I don't drink, it has to be a decorating party that gets me excited. And then you throw in cloches, I'm in heaven!

Today I am going to participate in 2 blog parties. Marty over at A Stroll Thru Life is having a cloche party. And Cindy over at My Romantic Home always has Show & Tell on Fridays. And you know how I love to show and tell.

This photo was taken prior to painting my hutch black. It was the only photo I had that shows the birdy & nest under this cheese dome.

Moss balls, green pebbles and eggs. Says spring to me!
I love the green & white on the newly painted black hutch. Love it!!!

I threw in some moss rocks with my number balls. My moss rocks came from Marshall's last year. I wasn't lucky enough to find them at Dollar Tree this year. But then I guess I didn't need them since I already had some. But I loves me a bargain.

I printed out this photo of some chicks & stuck it on an old flower frog. Covered the frog with moss from Dollar Tree. Cheap!!! And don't you love the white plate it's on? It is ironstone that I picked up at the thrift store for 25 cents. Woo hoo!!!
I made this cloche with a glass dome picked up at the thrift store for $1.00. Added a glass knob to the top. The wooden birdhouse is actually a Christmas ornament. And so is the silver birdy hanging from the knob.
The artichoke finial came from Marshall's last year. The little Easter banner came from Michael's this year, 99 cents. Such a deal.

I got this glass terrarium last year from Goodwill for $3.00. I added a bird nest I made out of moss. A mushroom bird & some eggs that I painted sit inside. I made a bunch of nests like this for my wedding almost 4 years ago.
And finally 2 cloches that sit behind my couch.

I've had the Eiffel Tower in this cloche since after Christmas. I just added the greenery around the bottom to springify it. The bird candle holders were from Dollar Tree a few months back. I love Dollar Tree.
In this cloche I added a moss ball on top of a candle holder. Added some greenery and 2 green birdies that I got on clearance at Michael's a few weeks back.

I hate trying to get good photos of what's inside a cloche. Too much glare in my house.

Well I hope that you have enjoyed my spring cloches. You are going to be getting more than you fill from me today. I think I'll have about 4 different posts by the end of the day.

Be sure to check out my other posts. I will be sharing my Easter cloches shortly. And make sure you stop by A Stroll Thru Life to see Marty's cloches and everyone else who is participating. And then hop over to My Romantic Home to see what Cindy is sharing and all her participants.

And one final thing, TGIF!!! I need a vacation!
